Refund And Return Policy

While we strive for the best quality, very rare we may be at fault with wrong/faulty product or you find out size issues. This may lead to inconvenience and hence we offer both exchange and returns. 

We have a 7 working days return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

In case the product is faulty like incorrect product received or print mismatch, we will either return and refund full amount or exchange.

If there is a size issue, we offer a two-time exchange. We will get the product picked up and after receiving it, we will ship the product of the requested size.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, in case of any abuse of Return policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long will the return process take?

Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. This Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our warehouse and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.

What if my pincode is not supported for Reverse Pickups?

We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit your Desi Dhage Wallet with credits worth Rs.100 in lieu of the shipping costs after receiving the returned product.

How do I self-ship the products?

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. You can courier the product(s) using any cost-effective courier solution or speed post to the following address:

What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?

We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you when shipped. Products should have the brand tags intact. Any product without a brand tag indicates usage and will not be accepted for return/exchange.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged?

Customized products cannot be returned/exchanged as these are manufactured on-demand and are made especially for you, once an order is placed. 

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?

You can cancel your order from your My Account page, if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse. All orders are usually processed by 11 AM every working day. Orders containing products on-demand can not be cancelled once manufactured as they are prepared on-demand.

How can I get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. Refund for COD orders would only be done by UPI payments (like Google pay, phone pe or paytm) or Bank transfer that usually takes more time.

What I should do if I have missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank/credit card statement as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank/credit card provider. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received refund yet, please contact us at
