IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, Shipping is free ALL OVER INDIA for all orders.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped in different packages, depending on delivery. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.

Once shipped from our warehouse, deliveries usually happen within 5-7 working days depending on your location.

If your postal code is of a remote location which aren’t accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

In case of any unforeseen circumstance such as strikes, natural calamities, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may vary.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?

All of our orders are shipped via insured shipping and handling. We do share the tracking details with you. In case your prepaid order is lost, as marked by the courier company, please let us know and we will send you a new package with product ordered. You can refer to our refund and return policies for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
